Ingredients and directions:
1. boil chicken in much water, till it get soft, take the chicken, make into small pieces.
2. prepare; red onion, garlic, corriander, ginger, turmeric, blend them all. then fry it in little oil, until the smell is
good. then put it into boiled water that we used before to boiled chicken. and add coconut milk.
3. put the chicken pieces into it. add enough salt and sugar.
serve with chili, and hot rice.
