First time i know this food from my pakistani student...vegetable samosa...mmm, yummy
In India, i also saw this samosa.... maybe samosa is traditional food from india, or pakistan....wherever..lah...
but, in Maldives, i see many this kind of samosa...they eat every evening with hot tea...
the only thing different is this samosa is made from tuna, they call as bajiya....
Ingredients and directions;
1. for skin layer; (take 1 bowl of flour (its arround 200 gram something), put little salt, and 1/2 tsp baking powder. then put little by little water untill it is good to become dough to roll. then roll it, not too thin or thick. cut into small layer for covering.
2. fry onion, garlic,untill it become brown, then put tuna 3 spoon, mix it well, if needed put little water, put little salt and sugar for seasoning,then put fish curry powder. check wether taste is good or not. if you like chilli, can put chilli powder.
3. prepare 1 table spoon of flour, mix with 3 -4 table spoon of water. then put it along with frying tuna. mix it well.
4. take the dough layer, that already rolled before, put the tuna inside it, cover it. make the cover in triangle shape.
5. then fry it in enough hot oil, untill become brown.
